Invited authors (2010)

Top of the list for visitors to the festival is the chance to meet with their favourite authors. To this end we organise two days of ’round table’ sessions for meetings and signings with the public, an element unique to the Strasbourg festival. {signings time-table}

One or two authors sit around a table of a dozen or so places freely accessible to the public; during a session of one or two hours. Fans can talk with authors as well as watch them draw or sign dedications. It’s a friendly and good humoured event and gives everyone a chance to meet famous authors face to face.

The aim of the European Comic-Strip Festival is to promote and support the art-form in all it’s guises, welcoming authors from across the industry.

Unless otherwise stated these authors will be present at the main festival site during Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th. A timetable of precisely when will be posted on this site a few days beforehand.
